The trainers in live-in fit camp are interesting, fantastic, young and cool. I really had an interesting experience with the trainers and I miss them so much. The other campers were great and exiting and the group camaraderie helped me to get through all the difficult works faced. In camp technique, the food was pretty good since the food was pretty well and we mainly focus daily on the schedules of various exercise activities. Still I have to lose 40lbs to achieve my goal weight I have hope that it can definitely achieved. The first week was difficult to me in terms of exhaustion, soreness & homesickness, but I come up. Now I feel amazing that I was good enough to be fit, perfect and slim. Really, Camp Technique was great.....
