Interested to Enjoy the Spirit of Fit

I faced a biggest surprise after 8 Week Body Makeover at camp technique is that Eric made me a good runner. I didn’t expect such a thing from him, but Greg told me that more than one round is the best fat burner. After I join fit camp, I started to add on in my list to run 4 miles 5-7 times per week on my local rails-to-trails trail. I was rewarded myself with an ipod shuffle and find the different music pacing me to boot. I hardly run fast but steady for an hour makes me feel great and proud with regards to improvement. The days spending in live-in fitness boot camp are excellent and more useful. Well qualified trainers are appointed and I feel great to suggest my friends to join the fit camp.
