Simple steps to keep you Fit

It is a known fact that we gain excessive weight by the unhealthy practices we follow, so quite obvious that the process of weight loss would be a success if we drop the unhealthy practices and pick up healthy behaviors. Some of the five steps which can make you achieve your goal of a slim and trim weight
  • Physical activity - Physical strain on your muscles and the other body parts will surely add as a boon to the loss of the excessive stored up calories. Incase you have more muscle weight then you can be sure that there would be loss of more calories.
  • Minimize the time spent on screen - Avoid one of the unhealthiest practices that is watching TV and computer screens. It would be a good exercise that you go out with your friends than to chat with them on the computer.
  • Take meals of less portions - Off late the serving sizes have increased, this has definitely counted for the obesity so choose food of small proportions and take up loads of water instead of aerated drinks.
  • Consume fruits and vegetables -It is better that you take up more fruits and vegetables as they not only contain vitamins and minerals but also fiber which fills up your stomach.
  • Do not skip breakfast - This is one of the most important meal of the day so do not skip your breakfast as it is responsible for giving you the kick start and burning the loads of calories.
