The first thing you need to improve on your diet follow a more nutritionist pattern rather than starving. The sign of a healthy diet is that you should not be hungry. Incase even after following a balanced diet just look into the scenario that you do not feel hungry incase you feeling hungry then change eating habits. It is important that you spread your meals to five or six tiny meals. Chew you food well, eat slowly. Eating slowly will give your brain more time to realize that you are hungry. Eat delicious food because you are not going to stick to a regime that is forcing you to eat boring and tasteless food. Next in the exercises which you are following, ensure that you follow a number of exercise as the saying variety is the spice of life holds good here also. Ensure that you include exercise as a part of your day to day life.
