The trainers in live-in fit camp are interesting, fantastic, young and cool. I really had an interesting experience with the trainers and I miss them so much. The other campers were great and exiting and the group camaraderie helped me to get through all the difficult works faced. In camp technique, the food was pretty good since the food was pretty well and we mainly focus daily on the schedules of various exercise activities. Still I have to lose 40lbs to achieve my goal weight I have hope that it can definitely achieved. The first week was difficult to me in terms of exhaustion, soreness & homesickness, but I come up. Now I feel amazing that I was good enough to be fit, perfect and slim. Really, Camp Technique was great.....

The fit camp for children was established to catch on the individual attention of the people who wants to be slim and fit. The lifestyle of kids undergoes more changes and we can find the increasing number of children obese. Fitness seems to be one of the best outcomes for the children to reduce their obesity. Our boot camp comes up with fitness trainers where child capacity will be determined and accordingly the exercise or course will be provided. People used to have uncontrolled diet without having proper foods or fruits. It does not help you in anyway to reduce the weight without having any exercises during the course. So, people are suggested to join the kids obesity camp to lose weight as quickly as possible.

Interested to Enjoy the Spirit of Fit

I faced a biggest surprise after 8 Week Body Makeover at camp technique is that Eric made me a good runner. I didn’t expect such a thing from him, but Greg told me that more than one round is the best fat burner. After I join fit camp, I started to add on in my list to run 4 miles 5-7 times per week on my local rails-to-trails trail. I was rewarded myself with an ipod shuffle and find the different music pacing me to boot. I hardly run fast but steady for an hour makes me feel great and proud with regards to improvement. The days spending in live-in fitness boot camp are excellent and more useful. Well qualified trainers are appointed and I feel great to suggest my friends to join the fit camp.
