What does exercise facilitate?

Exercise may be defined as the rhythmical activity performed by the body for the benefit of improving our health and fitness levels. There are different types of exercise:
  • Aerobic: Some of the examples of the aerobic form of exercise are walking, swimming.
  • Anaerobic: E.g.: Sprinting
  • Isometric: These exercises are intended to improve your muscular power, examples include weight lifting.
What is the object behind exercising?
  • Smoothen the flow of oxygen and enhance the metabolic processes
  • Develop strength
  • Reduce the excessive fat present in the body
  • Facilitate good movement of joints and the muscles
  • Fights the aging process
