For all the people, who are determined to lose weight it is important to understand the difference between weight loss and fat loss. Everyone can lose weight very easily, but what people need to lose is fat rather than weight. Weight loss in a healthy manner is important rather than mere weight loss. Mere weight loss is easily possible with little food consumption almost equivalent to bird size and I bet you'll be satisfied with the bathroom weight scales but what majority of people claim to achieve is fat loss. Sudden changes in your body measurements can lower your metabolic functioning thus reducing your physical functioning.

On the other hand a successful fat loss program will cater to the need of fat reduction without reducing your efficiency in physical functioning.
Weight loss and fat loss should be done in such a way that it does not act as an obstacle in the general physical functioning in your daily routine, ensure that you remain equally active as you were earlier. There is no rule of thumb that after weight loss your activeness should decline further it should increase more; because I personally have noticed slim people to be more active than healthier one's. When you are taking up fitness camps, it is important that you do not prefer any diet that emphasizes on cut in carbohydrates because carbs are energy providers and if your body does not have adequate energy then it will resort to muscle protein which is not good. So, it is important that you consider all these aspects before selecting a fitness camp because for a better future mere weight loss is not essential but weight loss in a healthier manner is preferred and important.
