  • Do not skip any meal at anytime of the day. This is not the way to cut calorie intake. This will only result in more hunger and thereby more calorie intake the next time you sit to eat.
  • Water is your friend in weight loss. Keep yourself hydrated always. Water will flush out the excess fat in your body. It keeps your kidney healthy too. It is actually an appetite.
  • Make your food fibre rich. Like water, fibre brings out all the unwanted fat that otherwise stick to your body.
  • Do not be scared of oils. Oils are very essential for a healthy skin. The healthy fats in oils are needed for our body. Olive oil is good for the heart too.
