Squat and thrust
This is an easy exercise with some amount of required alertness; first you need to stand straight, bend your body down placing your hands besides legs. Take your foot backwards and then again go back to the same position again. Continue this procedure again for five to six times. Relax yourself by marching at the same place irrespective of the fact that you are in a boot camp.
Ski Jumping
As far as ski jumping is concerned make sure that you keep your legs straight and stand followed by a jump on one side with bent feet while you are landing. Try and jump as high as possible. Repeat the same exercise again but ensure that you jump on the other side. Repeat the same exercise atleast sixteen to eighteen times.
