Foods that are low in fat are also believed to be the best for losing weight. Fat contains more than twice the amount of energy than carbohydrates or protein, so eating less fat naturally lowers calories intake. Foods that are nutritionally dense which helps to increase energy levels. The high water content and fiber in fruits and vegetables reduces calories.
Exercise burns calories for they involve movements and energy is required for every movement made. The calorie burning ability of each exercise depends on the speed and or force at which the exercise is performed.
