People who are over weighted usually stop eating fatty food, will stay hungry and will go for fast, will stop eating outside food, exercise a lot, and for couple of days will cook and eat tasteless dishes hoping for the best results. But to follow such without any guidance and instructions will in turn cause many health problems at the later stages.
There might be a number of reasons as to why some of us are over weighted. And without knowing any particular reasons it is not advisable to follow any weight loss techniques especially which are of your own techniques.
Weight loss will be simple if it is followed in prescribed form and taking the advice of the dietician. Each person's life style is different and their eating habits too are different.
