This program is a great, quick way to get fit while losing
weight in the process. Sometimes you just need to get away
from your normal surroundings and daily life so that you can
refocus and recommit yourself to giving your body and your
fitness the attention that they deserve.
The packages available for the Boot Camp Intensified program
are 2-8 week fitness vacations. We can also customize the
