Boot camp or Boot Camp Experience program is for Graduates of the Complete Lifestyle Change program and people looking to crank and lose that last bit of weight and take their fitness to the highest levels.

Need to get in shape quickly for an event or a vacation? Want to be able to climb mountains, hike trails or just beat your kids down the block? This program is for you. Boot Camp Intensified is a program for those individuals who want to get a jump start on their way to being in the best shape of their lives. This program is a great, quick way to get fit while losing weight in the process. Sometimes you just need to get away from your normal surroundings and daily life so that you can refocus and recommit yourself to giving your body and your fitness the attention that they deserve.
The packages available for the Boot Camp Intensified program are 2-8 week fitness vacations. We can also customize the length of your stay so that it works for you. We will give you the little push you need to get back on track!

BOOT CAMP DETAILS:

(close to the beach)


30-35 hours of exercise each week to include:
Bike/Hike/Bike , Yoga, Spinning, Swimming, Personal Training, Running Group, Circuit Training, Partner Training, Advanced Bootcamp Classes, Stairs, Bike/Sand Dunes/Bike, Cardio Boxing, etc

 

- 1 Session with our lifestyle maintenance nutritionist per week.
(Our maintenance nutritionist will make sure you keep the weight off forever)
-1 Session with our Science and Practical Application per week
-Group nutrition class and motivational life coaching per week
(Our maintenance nutritionist will take you to the store on how to make choices on your nutrition)

-5 healthy, calorically-calculated meals a day
(Prepare by our nutritionist chef)

-2 massages per week
-Posture Analysis
- Body-fat testing and measurements before and after the program
