MEAL PLANNING
Here at L.I.F.E., there is not one perfect meal plan for everyone. We take into account several factors when designing a plan for each client, such as weight, gender, activity level, likes and dislikes, and overall lifestyle. We’ll then design a meal plan for you based on our philosophy of eating five small meals a day, with each meal having a balance of all three macronutrients – carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats. |
