Tips for people who do not want exercise
With most people, there is a natural aversion for doing physical exercises and they are more inclined to enjoying a sedentary lifestyle. Of course, there are also people who are far too busy and do not find the time to do workouts.
For all those people who resent daily exercises, here are a few motivational tips:
- Several surveys have conclusively established that people who regularly do physical exercise often live more years than those who remain sedentary. Even those who hate physical exercises like going to gym must at least engage in some other activities such as walking or biking.
- Please know your system demands physical movements in order to keep the muscles flexible and healthy. This also includes some critical muscles like your heart muscles, biceps, triceps and all the other muscles that make you active. A strong body is essential to do many things that simply cannot be achieved if the body is out of shape, obese or run down.
- Experts will tell you that exercise helps to introduce certain chemicals known as endorphins into the main bloodstream. Endorphins are one of several key chemicals that keep your brain and other parts of the nervous system functioning properly. Regular exercises will provide your brain optimum efficiency, keep your nerves balanced, improve your reflexes and keep you fit all day to attend to your normal work with greater alacrity.
- Being in proper physical shape adds to your personality, makes you feel comfortable while moving around and makes you apply yourself with greater diligence.
- Exercise helps to condition the body for all types of activity including sexual activity. Sexual activity requires some level of endurance and physical response if the maximum pleasure is to be derived. Regular exercise will help you to be more responsive during sex and enjoy orgasm more easily.
- Whenever not in the mood or feeling indolent, convince yourself that exercising will make you energetic. Exercising is a great way to cast off sluggishness even if it's just a simple walk. Even if you do not feel like visiting a gym or stepping on the treadmill, resolve to walk just 10 minutes. Rest assured that those ten minutes are sufficient to work wonders and lead you to more rigorous exercises.
There are some programs that will psychologically prepare people who abhor physical exercises by inculcating a positive approach in them and make them more favorably disposed towards physical exercises. They will be made to think:
- I love and accept my body and wish to keep it slim and trim.
- I want to give up eating junk food and high calories diets
- I have the positive attitude to achieve things and I can do it with weight loss programs
- I want to be the center of attraction and not an object of ridicule while attending social meets.
- I wish to move around with ease and greater alacrity
- I believe the Law of Attraction works and I'm ready to use it to get slimmer
- I am already using secret formulas successfully in other areas of my life, now I want to see how it applies to exercises.
Maybe this type of psychological preparedness will give the person a boost that will turn idle quality couch time into meaningful exercise time!
